The main feature of these sneakers are the lights! The toes will twinkle with lights with every step. There is also an on/off button on the collar. If you want to save battery, or someone doesn't like the lights, then you can turn them off and make them regular shoes (then when they leave you can turn them back on). The laces are good for making sure these shoes fit perfectly every time. Tie them up to perfection, and then use the zipper on the inside to get in and out of them.
