Refund policy
Issuing a Return online:
Please visit our Request a Return Page to begin your return. Follow the instructions on the page and a Devon employee will get back to you within 24 hours. You may be asked to send some photos of the items you bought to make sure they are in returnable condition. No refunds.
In store:
Regular Priced Merchandise
Any regular priced item purchased are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. After the 14 days have passed, the item is no longer refundable. You may, still return the item to exchange for another pair of shoes, or an in-store credit. No full refunds.
All shoes coming back must be unworn and in brand new condition decided by a Devon employee.
Discounted/Price Matched/
No refunds, but the item may be exchanged within 30 days for an store credit or any other items. Any balance owing will be paid by the customer and any credit remaining will be issued onto an store credit. No full refunds. Gift cards/Store credits may not be turned into cash or a refund back to purchasers card.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of delivery for an exchange for another one of the same item, another different item, or an in-store credit.
Before being deemed "defective", a Devon employee will take a look at it, whether in store or through a photo sent by email. Shoes/items that are normal wear and tear will not be taken back due to abuse of the item. Again, a Devon employee will decide if items are deemed defective.
