IN STORE PURCHASES:
Full refund within 14 days of purchase in the original form of payment. After 14 days receive a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. NO REFUNDS.
Items must NOT be worn, be able to resell in store and have all tags attached.
All clothing items must have tag ATTACHED Items without tags attached will not be returned. We will not accept worn or darnaged shoes unless it's to be deemed a factory defect by a Devon employee. Regular priced Items deemed defective will be given back in original form of payment.

Price adjustments will be made within 7 days of purchase, unworn, and in resellable condition. It will follow the same sale/regular price policy. No full refunds for discounted items, you will receive a credit for the outstanding amount. Regular price, you may receive a full refund to the original form of payment/card.
ONLINE PURCHASES :
Issuing a Return
Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and a Devon employee will get back to you within 24 hours. You may be asked to send some photos of the items you bought to make sure they are in returnable condition. No refunds.
Regular Price Items
Customers will have 14 days from delivery to receive a full refund of your purchase. There is no restocking fee for any return. The return shipping costs must be covered by customer.
Customers have 35 days to Exchange or receive a Store Credit. All returning merchandise must unworn and must be in the same condition as originally received. Credits can be used online, or in store.
Credits do not expire and can be used whenever!
All price adjustments will be made in the same form of payment followed by our return and credit policy within 7 days of purchase. Anything after 7 days we will not adjust the price
Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of delivery for an exchange for another one of the same item, another different item, or a store credit.
Before being deemed "defective", a Devon employee will take a look at it, whether in store or through a photo sent by email.
